ETA 106 headed for new home in Pennsylvania

Our oldest engine/tanker is headed to a new home at Blandon Fire Company in Blandon, Pennsylvania.  This will replace an older tanker in Blandon that has a blown engine and not worth repairing. This was our 4th engine/tanker and was rarely used due to lack of staffing.  It was last used as a reserve piece when ETA 10-2 was out of service for repairs. ETA 10-6 was built by KME in 2003, 23 years old and served us well.

The fire company currently runs 3 engine/tankers, 1 heavy rescue and the newest addition is EL-101 a 70′ Sutphen platform, plus a 2007 brush truck and 2 pickups used for fire police and various other duties as necessary.

Our old 10-6 is at home with the Blandon Fire Company in Pennsylvania and has been cleaned up, polished and re-lettered.
